What Kind of Support Can I Receive from Illuminate?

We currently provide support via Email and Chat.

  • Contact us any time directly within the Illuminate app or email us at [email protected]. When emailing, be sure to email us from the email associated with your Illuminate account. We need this to verify your identity and locate your account information.

  • On the app (available on iOS / Android) you can access the chat feature by clicking the Profile tab in the bottom right corner of the app > Support and then Contact Us.

  • On our website? You can access the chat bubble shown on the bottom right of the page.

  • Please note that all Illuminate communications will come from an address from @illuminate.earth. This does not include some material that may be released for marketing purposes or that may come from our custodian partner, Interactive Brokers LLC. If you have any questions about legitimacy, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.

When is the Illuminate team staffed?

  • Our Member Experience Team is staffed Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST. They are off on non-market trading days, which includes most major federal holidays.
